In the 80s, a multidisciplinary research team looked at the need to adapt the methods for the treatment and disinfection of water with more demanding models that would guarantee its quality, with adequate precision and safety. It would also provide solvency and credibility to the end result of the water supplied to the consumer without chlorine derivatives, a cause for concern due to their precocity and because they are harmful to health.
The coordinated, calm, lengthy, extremely slow and constant research was consistently maintained. After three years of research and field studies, we installed a plant in a town in the province of Madrid. Over a period of nine months the system was closely scrutinised, the production lines, tests, derivatives, final quality, etc., and its operating costs. The period of application for patents, health and official permits continued.
On completion of the research and necessary processes for legalising the system, we founded a limited company in 1988, called CETOLAR, with a registered logotype resembling a drop of water.
We have exhibited at several trade fairs including the Zaragoza Trade Fair, Expoquimia in Barcelona and the Canagua Trade Fair in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
To the references we provide, we might add that we are able to affirm the soundness of the manufacture of our plants installed since 1988. Their functional presentation and optimum operation, over the years, are physically commendable.
